PAWS meets the first Wednesday of each month (except for January). Our meetings are held in the Horizon High School Media Center. Meetings begin at 6:30 pm and end around 8:00 pm. Regular monthly meetings are open to the public. Due to the current health and safety concerns, the PAWS General Meetings will be held via Zoom for the 2020-2021 School Year. Log on information will be provided in our weekly newsletters or by emailing PAWS@HorizonBoosterClub.com.
We encourage any parent to come join our meetings as they are open to the public. Come hear about all exciting things going on at Horizon High School and be a part of this amazing community of parent volunteers! We couldn’t do it without the support of our parents and volunteers!
Active members of PAWS will have the opportunity to address the group during our monthly meeting as a walk-on item with a time limit of 5 minutes. Non-PAWS members must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance of the monthly meeting by discussing the topic with an Executive Board member and being placed on the agenda if time permits. Mandatory PAWS Operations Manual Meetings:
PAWS holds two mandatory Operations Manual Meetings each calendar school year. This meeting is mandatory for all clubs Presidents and Treasurer’s. Due to current health and safety concerns, all pertinent information shared at an Operations Manual Meeting will be provided to club officers. Officers will be required to sign a Letter of Acceptance & Compliance. If you have any questions, please contact the PAWS President.
